Leaning on the thin side, Min isn't like every teenager girl who had discovered something magical called 'make-up'. She doesn't really care much about her appearance as she sometimes wears clothes that are three times her size or colors that usually clash. Although, this mostly depends on her mood. When found in a happy mood, which isn't a lot, she wears bright colors and looks a bit decent. However when in a horrible mood, she wears black all over or wears colors that are horrible together.
History
Born into a family of thirteen children, Min who was home-schooled her whole life is the youngest and only biological child. Her parents were extremely joyous as were the other thirteen children. Her father, Carlson Ringer is an American who works at the Ministry of Magic in the United States as Head of Magical Sports. Her mother, Alandra García Díaz was born and raised in Ecuador working as Head of International Affairs (yes, I made it up. >D) in the Ministry of Magic there.
Before the parents met, they were both single unmarried parents. Both had given up on the idea of finding their true love and marrying, but they shared and equal passion of having a family. It was that passion that drove them to adopt orphaned magical children from around the world. They opened their homes to these children and more so, they opened their hearts for them. Alandra adopted five boys and three girls, whereas Carlson adopted two boys and four girls. Even when they were surrounded with their children, Alandra and Carlson could not help but feel some strange void inside their hearts that needed to be filled.
That void was indeed filled when they both met at a world event in Italy. They hadn't come alone, of course. Each as brought their children, and their children soon figured out that their parents needed to urgently connect with each other since they were perfectly matched. It didn't take a while for both Alandra and Carlson to realize that there was something going on between them, and this happened with the help of the children, no matter how cliche it sounded. They were in love. Weeks after the couple married in Italy and soon went back to America where they stayed in Carlson's crammed house for a few weeks before moving into a large house, fitting all fifteen of them.
A year and a few months later, Alandra was happy to announce to her family that she was pregnant. The whole Ringer clan was joyous and festive. The boys and girls began to bid on what the gender would be while the parents sat next to each other on the couch, watching their children argue. A couple of months passed by as they were preparing the nursery, each of the Ringer children putting something special in the room for their new brother or sister. Carlson at that time had been asked to go to Sri Lanka and speak to the magic representatives there. He was reluctant at first to go since Alandra was due in a few weeks, but his problem was soon solved when he took the whole family to Colombo, which is in Sri Lanka, for a vacation.
It was week afterwards that Alandra was quickly rushed to the hospital, soon giving birth to a beautiful baby girl. The children watched with awe as their mother held their baby sister. It didn't take long before they all broke into an argument, deciding what to name her. At that moment, their father decided that each of them write a name they like and place it in a basket where their mother would draw the name from. The boys quickly conceived a plan and it was for all of them to write on the paper the name Bell, since it would be funny to have someone named Bell Ringer. Then Dmetri, the oldest Ringer, would take the papers and switch it with the girls' since their suggestions were so ridiculous. Their plan worked. Reluctantly, the parents named their daughter Bell. As for Minnie, their father was in love with a song called 'Minnie the Moocher' and he'd thought it'd fit his little girl when she'd grow up.
Personality
Min isn't really a bucket full of sunshine. She's rude, mostly antisocial even when she doesn't like to admit it and she doesn't care if she hurts anyone's feeling. Since she's grown up in a loud house, she has a tendency to yell for someone if she wants them or maybe even call them stupid or idiot to catch their attention.
As a result to having a small version of the United Nations in her own home, Min can speak about eight languages, nine including english. Her siblings were very eager in teaching her their languages as well as her parents were. Even when gifted with this, Min keeps quiet about it, not thinking that it's a big deal to know so many languages and believing that idiots only know two languages and people who know only one are usually ones who have a brain disability. Or they're just plain dumb.
Her brothers have always taught her how to protect herself, which is why she always carries a pepper-spray in her bag. That was recommended by her brothers, even though they are fully aware that she can simply kick someone's shin and run with flailing arms screaming, because they had faced it once before. But overall, Min is aggressive when she is provoked, so it's best not to make her angry.
A smart cookie, she can usually be seen holding a book or faking to hold a book to not get pulled into a conversation. Not only she enjoys reading books, but she also enjoys having experiments on people. So if someone finds themselves in a strange and awkward situation where they have embarrassed themselves completely, Min can be found only a few feet away, observing and possibly laughing at how stupid people can be.
She's not the talkative type and doesn't like to strike up a conversation with anyone. Really, why would she bother herself talking to neanderthals? And if a person doesn't even know what a neanderthal means, Min will tell them straight in their face. "You idiot."
